Jacques Marie Mage accepts returns on all eyewear and accessories within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original, unworn condition with all limited-edition packaging intact. Please note that prescription lenses and final sale items are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Secure Packaging
Place the eyewear inside its original velvet-lined box and include all certificates of authenticity and microfiber cloths before sealing the shipping carton.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid DHL or FedEx shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at an authorized collection point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our atelier verifies the condition of the frames, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
